    For the dough: one teaspoon of yeast with wheat and two whole butters. For the filling: one kilo of walnuts (actually 450 grams + 50 grams I ate because I discarded the outer shell) with cardamom, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix and crush together. Cook in an old electric oven, about 20 years old, the bottom part of which doesn’t work.
