Ginger + garlic = anti-inflammatory + digestion support

Healthy fats from olive oil + sesame

Slight tang = helps with cravings……………..

Quick bowl I made:

1 carrot

50g yellow zucchini

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp ginger + 1 garlic clove

½ tsp soy sauce + ½ tsp vinegar

Pinch pink salt + ½ tsp sesame seeds

Sauté garlic + ginger in oil, add veggies, cook till slightly tender. Add sauces, finish with sesame.

Approx macros:

Calories: ~140–160 kcal

Carbs: ~14–16g

Fat: ~9–10g

Protein: ~2–3g

Light, tangy, and done in 10 mins.
