I'm sick, so I used a bunch of the bones I keep in my freezer to make a big batch of rich chicken stock, then tonight used half of it to make a batch of congee with lots of garlic and ginger.

I stired in some salmon, silken tofu, lemon, and sesame oil. Garnished with spring onion and chilli crisp. Hope it heals me!
