  1. Sort of recipe, I eyeballed everything:

    Put a small frying pan on medium heat, and cover the bottom of the pan with heavy cream.

    I normally have mozzarella pearls marinated in chili and garlic oil in my fridge, so I took two heaping teaspoons of the garlic/chilli oil and added that to the cream, along with some garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

    Mix mix mix with a whisk, and then dump in about 1 cup of parmesean shavings, about 1/4c at a time, all while mixing with the whisk. I just keep adding cheese until it gets to a thickness I like.

    Drain pasta, add directly to frying pan, coat noodles fully and enjoy 💖
