[I ate] a half Italian Beef, half Hot Soppresseta and Char Pepperoni pizza
Kim’s Uncle Pizza in the Chicago burbs. The best in the country in my humble opinion. A must eat every time I’m in the city no matter how out of the way it is.
Let’s not pretend that’s a random pizza shop. That’s the GOAT of Chicago tavern style. Giardinara and sausage or the pepperoni is world class.

Looks awesome, but I will still never understand square cut circular pizza. Maybe it’s just the east coaster in me, but it feels wrong. Would absolutely devour those weirdly cut slices though.
