
shout out to Poulet Rouge! this is 500 calories on the dot. 34g of protein. the base is lettuce. if you get rice it's a lot more of course.
it's 4 chicken fillets (BBQ), cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, crispy onions, corn, peppers, sublime avocado sauce, and lettuce if anyone's interested in ordering the same if you have a Poulet Rouge near you.
I'm not on a 1200 cal diet but I like coming here for low cal ideas. btw this is the large bowl but you can get the "mini" for like under 300 cals. sometimes I don't get the sauce because it's over 100 cals. so you can make this even more low calorie.
