I’m a chicken wing snob. I love great food in general but if you ask me what I want to eat on any given day I reckon 8 times out of 10 I will say chicken wings.
Being an American, chicken wings pair perfeclty with ranch dressing. Blue cheese? Get outta here. I’ve been searching for the holy grail of ranch ever since I landed in Perth a few years back.
I think I found it today. The homemade ranch dressing at PHat Brew Club was the CLOSEST thing that I have found to the ranch dressing that I knew and loved from the US.
