This was a meal I made to promote a Vegan 'Meat' product. I wanted to make one of my favourite meals. I cooked the 'meat' in a Honey Soy Sauce and Thyme. Served it with Pickled Carrot and Zucchini, fresh Coriander, and Chilli.

Nice! Fyi its just called ‘bao’ which is the Chinese word for buns – so saying bao buns is like saying chai tea or PIN number 🙂
