[i ate] miso glazed salmon with rice @ Santa Cruz

Recently on a road trip to Santa Cruz, we stopped by a restaurant on the beach and tried their glazed salmon on rice with bokchoy!!!

All I can say, one of the best preparations of Salmon I ever had.
