Breakfast was roasted red kuri squash with cinnamon, smoked paprika, maple syrup, hot sauce, and a little sunflower oil.

Below that is some vegan sausages from RĂŒgenwalder MĂŒhle (a German brand)

Just egg with chili crisp,

A steamed purple potato in a vegan quark, miso, koji horseradish sauce. (Quark is a strained yogurt that is high in protein, I love making into savory sauces to lower my fat intake)

Dinner was also very veggie fillled!

Seaweed salad from a Vietnamese grocery store in Berlin, a spicy cucumber salad, leftover steamed purple potato, homemade seitan marinated in homemade amazake, ginger, cinnamon, and paprika.

Then there is some radish salad (Đồ Chua), rice noodles, and a vegan ‘Planted’ kebab
