Ingredients for rice • 2 cups long grain parboiled rice • 1/4 cup oil • 1 onion (blended) • 2–3 tbsp tomato paste • 3–4 fresh tomatoes (blended) • 2 red bell pepper (blended) • 1–2 scotch bonnet (adjust spice) • 4 cups chicken stock • 1 tsp thyme • 1 tsp curry powder • 1–2 seasoning cubes • Salt to taste • 2 bay leaves For the seasoning though you can add some more it’s all preference
