    In my ‘mind’s mouth’, combining beef and eggs is sooo repulsive…pork, on the other hand!

    you’re going to taste more of the marinate than the beef.

  3. Don’t listen to the whining about a marinated steak. Looks delicious! Love some umami seasoning.

  4. Are the people that frown upon a bbq sauce glaze to bind the seasoning the same ones who pay 100 bucks for a 4 Oz wagyu and come on here talking about how it was actually a good deal? A little bit of sugar makes pretty much everything grilled better. Grilled Shrimps in the shell with a good BBQ sauce on seasoning is better then butter and garlic marinade every time
