
I definitely ended up cutting up the other half of the tomato, eating another avocado and another green bell pepper, which I dipped in my mayo, mustard concoction!
One lemon, two avocados, one heirloom tomato, two green bell pepper peppers, a handful of blackberries, and I also had a grapefruit.

Looks lovely and fresh, but I am going to gently ask what my mom always asks me, “where’s your protein?”
Maybe add some hummus and/or nuts and beans for some protein but it looks delicious!
