

How it started… and how it ended.
My local “go to” spot was offering a three course vegan, celiac safe (gluten free) Easter Dinner kit and this is the main result.
Mitake Mushroom steaks w/ demi glace
Garlic mashed potatoes
Apple “honey” glazed carrots all ready after 15mins in the oven.
Absolutely delicious and was inhaled shortly after this last photo was taken 🙂
