Herbivorous Butcher ham with a modified version of their Dijon glaze recipe, deviled tofu, Just Egg frittata, and pistachio cake (Nora Cooks).

For the deviled tofu, I used Thee Burger Dude’s recipe but put it on tofu instead. For the frittata I combined a few recipes, it worked great. Everything was amazing and fairly low effort!
