Idk what to exactly call this, but I created a new recipe and it tastes very good! Nutritious as well!! Ideal for a savory breakfast. I mixed corn flour and chickpea flour, they balanced each other so well!

Ingredients:

– 3 tbsp chickpea flour

– 3 tbsp corn flour

– black salt (if you don't have you can use table salt instead)

– a heaping table spoon of nutritional yeast

– sesame oil (you may substitute with any oil)

– a cup of water (I added a little soy milk too for softening the taste)

mix it all and there you go!! cook it like they are little crepes. I could use some fillings or toppings but the best I came up with was olives for now. Enjoy!
