What type/part of the beef did you use to make this? It all looks great btw

Next time try using corn tortillas. If you have an electric stove toss them in a pan w/ no oil and use your hand or tongs to flip them. If you have gas burners just toss them on the flame.
Also for your onion, try mixing with cilantro and some lime

Not gonna lie, kinda hard to fuck up carne asada visually; so it *looks* great. How it tasted is what determines your invite, and it’s hard to say from the pics. Hope you enjoyed it at least 🙌🙌
