Injera is the crepe like bread underneath all this beautiful food. Jealous

  3. The edge-to-edge serving makes it seem like this would be more of a messy affair compared to how I normally see Ethiopian food plated on injera. Looks tasty though

What is injera? It reminds me of tripe but with it being vegetarian I’m not sure. Looks interesting tho, I would definitely give it a try!
