I mixed cottage cheese with an egg, added dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cooked it in a frying pan, then very briefly heated a slice of turkey with it. Toasted and lightly buttered the bread. (honestly I didn't even taste the butter, so I'll probably just leave it off next time). Very filling!
