
I make a meal that hits like crazy it's:
ground beef,
hoison sauce,
cauliflower rice and veggies.
I use soy sauce on the rice and veg then make a bed of it with the ground beef mixed with hoisin sauce on top.
The kicker is that the hoisin sauce has a silly high amount of calories and I need a low cal alternative. I could just use less but I really like it saucy.
Sorry the pic isn't the most aesthetic, I didn't pack it with the intentions of taking a picture so I tried to make it look a tiny bit better
