    Recipe:
    Made these and they turned out way better than expected. Crispy on the outside, creamy cheesy filling inside, and that garlic butter at the end… yeah, dangerous combo.

    Here’s how I made them:

    # 🧾 Ingredients

    **Filling:**

    * 500 g chicken (I used a mix of breast + thighs)
    * 1 tbsp olive oil
    * 1 tbsp ghee (or butter)
    * 1 tbsp tomato paste
    * 50–70 ml water or broth
    * mozzarella + cheddar (around 150–200 g total)
    * garlic powder, salt, pepper
    * fresh parsley + dill
    * green onion (optional)

    **Tortillas:**

    * 6–7 tortillas
    * mozzarella slices
    * ghee (for frying)

    **Garlic butter:**

    * olive oil
    * 4 garlic cloves
    * parsley + pinch of salt

    # 👨‍🍳 Steps

    * Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in ghee until golden
    * Add tomato paste + a bit of water, let it simmer
    * Mix in cheese, herbs, salt, pepper → let it get creamy
    * Take a tortilla, add cheese + filling + more cheese
    * Fold and press edges with a fork
    * Fry on both sides until crispy and golden
    * Mix garlic + oil + parsley and brush on top while hot

    How do you ‘seal’ the tortillas around the fillings?

    👉 ~1,350 to 1,950 kcal per serving. 3 as shown.

    That’s a whole days worth of calories for most people.
