[OC] Grilled fish in honey

This is Ikan Gurame Bakar Madu which translates to Grilled Honey Gurame Fish. I had this during my trip to Indonesia last February. The fish here is called Gurame (Gourami in English) , it’s a freshwater fish which you can find mostly in Southeast Asia. I am not a fish person by any means but I can say this is one of the best meals I’ve ever had.
