here’s a board i made for an event last weekend (and the next day’s leftovers). i picked the ingredients to be loosely inspired by the archetypal energy of Aries — spicy, fiery, red, bright, strong flavor, herbs ruled by Aries — and goat cheeses to honor the ram.
