110.8g spinach – 25

1 tbsp thin soy sauce – 10

Bean curd has 43g of protein in a 85g serving, I had 40g of bean curd, so thats 20g of protein.

I ate a boiled egg before this and that’s my lunch. Expected this to be very bleh but it was actually really tasty with just the 1 tbsp of thai soy sauce!
