made the pasta from scratch and cooked the steak to a medium rare. soooo good esp after only having a slice of colby jack cheese and an iced coffee todayLOL
I’ve always thought about adding steak to carbonara… that steak looks perfectly cooked though and the sauce is so glossy. Now Im genuinely hungry. Great job, thanks for sharing.
