Pic 4: smoothie bowl made with frozen strawberry and banana mix, Greek yogurt, and zero sugar pineapple juice

Pic 5: keto tortilla with Prego sauce, spinach, green onion, jalapeños, and shredded mozzarella

Pic 6: protein hot chocolate (just whey chocolate protein in hot water) and cinnamon oatmeal (Quaker rolled oats + cinnamon + vanilla almond milk)

    delicious perfect. my issue is eating plain chicken/veg 🥹🥹🥹 like i need SAUCE!

    I appreciate the amount of CRUNCH in this day and age I don’t feel like I’ve eaten unless I’ve had crunch. Great job.
