Local Asian market had some beautiful Muscovy ducks. This fine 6lb specimen was only $30USD. After a five hour dry brine I hit it with homemade orange glaze and roasted slowly for about two hours, basting often. Result was crisp, sticky, shiny skin and wonderfully flavored duck. Prepared a separate orange sauce and went to town with some Chinese broccoli and roasted potatoes. 🦆🙌🏻✌🏻
