I fear I’ve reached a new level of vegan cooking. I’ve begun baking my own sourdough bread, buns, and pizza dough. I think I’ve honed in on a solid seitan recipe too. This shit is getting out of hand in the best way. Making a delicious meal makes me so happy. I wish I could actually share these with you all but, alas, this will suffice.

I’ll try to comment on each pic now but I’m intentionally posting to this sub cause I don’t have recipes. This is heart and vibes, baybee:

1+2. Pizza and the dough. I’ve tried a few different vegan pepperoni brands over the past few months. This one was the BEHive and it’s phenomenal! And Violife cheese IM SORRY

  1. I’ve been really liking that fava bean tofu, highly recommend. Got it breaded with spices, pop in the air fryer, then plate on some salad or with rice.

  2. Oh yeah! I’ve been pickling too lol candied jalapeños, Đồ Chua (carrot and daikon), and pickles

  3. My seitan w/ some mash and Đồ Chua

  4. Basically the same but purple sweet potatoes and microgreens cause it’s pretty (and more antioxidant or something like that)

7+8. One of the easiest weeknight alfredo dishes on the face of the earth. I try different sauces like every time and have made my own from a Miyokos recipe that is delish.

9+10. One of the batches of burger buns (say that 10 times fast) I made, and a breakfast scramble sandwich. I really dig a good sandwich so this unlocked something for me, can’t believe I didn’t really try baking before.

  1. Gandules y pollo guisao veganized. Savory Puerto Rican flavors with some rice and lettuce.

  2. Another easy weekday meal that is so balanced and versatile. Tofu, veg, a sauce, rice, greens ✅
