Very delicious but everytime I make this I’m so tired after and I question “was this worth 10 hours?” But yeah still pretty good this time I used a recipe from Fallow and I probably won’t use it again as it’s a bit too overcomplicated. 7/10

The short ribs look super tender. Polenta is such a perfect match for this looks seriously rich and comforting.

Looks really nice. I’ve personally found that if you fridge the cooking liquid overnight it’s very easy to remove the surface fat, which is pooling around the edge of your plate. Or you can just skim before serving to reduce that grease a bit. Either way, looks like it tasted great.
