When you go to the Northeast for a meal theoretically more available in the Northeast, you will pay way more than is appropriate for the actual experience, as novelty demands a premium.
Lobster rolls are absolutely not so good that anyone needs to feel sad about not eating them.
I’d sell them to tourists alllllllll fuckin day. I have absolutely no interest in eating something that others would pay a premium for.
