Ingredients

• 300g Firm Tofu

• 2 Lemon wedges (optional)

Sauce

• 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

• 2 tbsp Soy sauce

• 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder

• 1 tsp Cumin powder

• 1 tsp Garlic powder

• 1 tsp Onion powder

• 2 tsp Chili powder

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder

• Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Mix all the "sauce" ingredients thoroughly. Add salt gradually at the end; the mixture should be slightly salty.

  2. Break the tofu into bite-sized chunks by hand. Pour the sauce over the tofu and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Air fry at 185°C for 12-15 minutes. Flip or shake the basket 2-3 times during the process for even roasting. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
