
Pic is of my husband's bowl, so his serving is bigger (I ate mine too fast lol).
I can get them around 300-400cals, it depends on what I want to add. Here I made it with: Shrimp, white rice, edamame, radish, avocado and spicy low cal mayo 😋 you could probably sub the rice with something else, but I usually just do a small serving of it and bulk with more veg.
