    What I love about calorie counting compared to other types of restrictive diets is that little sweet treats are easy to work in!! I had two chocolate chip cookies for breakfast a few days ago and only 280 calories. Was it the most filling breakfast? NO but I was fine until lunch where I just loaded up on protein.

    This looks like a wonderful breakfast treat

    Omg, a piece of heavy bread, toasted, lots of butter, a drizzle of honey- that is heaven on a plate.

    Sure, I’d only be able to fit like half a slice into my target but it would be worth it.
