  1. Is that mushroom cooked or raw? Also, that’s a lumberjack sized breakfast, sheesh.

  2. Those are strangely appealing potatoes when my expectations for breakfast tots are usually brown and caramelized. Nice one.

    On the other hand, the raw mushrooms seems a terribly silly choice

    Nice. You managed to fold raw ingredients into an overdone omelet. Those potatoes look like they need salt. Why is this a “western omelette?” Because it’s west of being any good?
