This dish really is heaven (caramelized apples) and earth (potatoes with caramelized onions) Both provide a scrumptious counterpoint to the super umami Blutwurst. The separate ingredients are delicious, but combined, is a dish as sublime as Schubert's Unfinished Symphony. I'm going to have a third serving. 🤗🥰😁
