    Recipe:
    Tried making a creamy shrimp pasta at home and it turned out so good I had to share. It’s super simple, but the flavor feels like something you’d get at a restaurant.

    **Ingredients:**

    * 250 g pasta (I used spaghetti)
    * 300 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
    * 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    * 3–4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    * 1 cup whipping cream
    * 1 tbsp butter
    * Salt (to taste)
    * ½ tsp black pepper
    * 1 tsp dried onion flakes/powder
    * Reserved pasta water

    **Steps:**

    1. Cook pasta in salted water. Save about ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
    2. In a pan, melt butter and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
    3. In the same pan, sauté garlic for ~30 seconds, then add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Season with salt, pepper, and dried onion. Pour in the cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
    5. Add pasta to the sauce and toss. Use a bit of pasta water if needed.
    6. Add shrimp back in and cook another 1–2 minutes.

    That’s it. Creamy, garlicky, and really comforting.

    If anyone has ideas for upgrades (parmesan? chili flakes? lemon?), I’d love to try variations next time 👀

  2. I’m sure it almost makes itself! (Just joking. I’m thinking about making something similar myself in the near future. Thanks for including the recipe.) 👍
