Every Sunday I make sushi for my partner and daughter. Usually depends on our mood and what flavors were in the mood for, tonight it was salmon heavy with flavors ranging from torched salmon/tuna/yellowtail to spicy krab mix 🙂

    Looks amazing! It’s very obvious you put a LOT of work into this sushi dinner. Are the green rolls topped with avocado? And the spicy tuna is mounded with green onions and what else? I like your idea of the garlic & herb oil. Nice! You have a ton of flavors going on in each piece, that’s for sure! 😍

    Where do u get sushi grade fish? i heard sams/costco can work but idk if theres a vetter source?
