One of my favorite meals….looks delicious! I too use Angel Hair pasta (DeCecco) and occasionally when I remember, add sliced mushrooms. The meal is flavorful, hits all the right notes and quite simple to make (for such elegant, tasty results!). You make it like I do….extra sauce is key! TY for posting this beautiful Chicken Piccata!

Just made this the other week for the first time! Very good. Then I tried my hand at Chicken Scaloppini – more work and definitely a heavy meal / not very healthy, but also quite good.
