It’s pretty much a block or the best oldest cheddar you can find, made into a Chesse sauce with the help of Guinness, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Spread over thick sliced sourdough and then broiled.

  1. It should be an ale not a stout, but it looks like you did a hoot job there.

    Also it’s pronounced “rabbit” which is odd but fun.
