My favorite method for Salmon:

-Salt / sear in light olive oil on stainless steel until skin is golden brown and topside has nice texture

-Finish in oven at 350 (elevated on rack)

-Fresh out of the oven cover in fresh honey and let it melt in

-Add everything bagel seasoning and enjoy with side of choice

+pro tip: the skin is delicious if made crispy!
