First time trying chia seed pudding. 15g protein…8g fiber & 256 calories

This is mango flavored….I actually really like it. I’m gonna see how long just this keeps me satisfied hopefully to dinner.

Do you guys just normally eat the pudding as its own meal or do you pair it with something besides fruit?
