the title alone sent me hahaha. ‘ancestors forgive me’ is the energy i bring every time i put cheese on anything asian. i once made laksa carbonara and my mum looked at me like i personally insulted three generations of our family. but you know what?? it slapped. this dumpling lasagna looks absolutely unhinged in the best way, did you use wonton wrappers as the pasta sheets?? because thats genius level crime right there
