


For non-Americans 1/3 cup is 63 grams.
I use a small pinch of salt to enhance the maple syrup and natural sweetness of the berries.
I microwaved everything together as I had frozen the berries beforehand. This recipe DOES NOT require to be frozen!! I just like to do it for longevity sake as I buy a lot of fruit/berries in bulk.
I only microwaved it for 30 seconds (it's not hot). I then put it back in the fridge to eat for tomorrow but you can eat it right away.
This is a simple, easy, sweet treat.
