**Red Beans with Smoked Pork Neck Bone in a little black bowl**
* 8 oz Small Red beans
* 1 smoked pork neck bone
* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
* 1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning (optional)
1. Soak beans over night rinsing a couple times
2. Pressure cook a pork bone with a little water for 15 minutes
3. Add Beans and spices
4. Add more water or broth to just reach the top
5. Pressure cook for 45 minutes (very soft)
