  1. Cleaned out the fridge, leftover rice became congee. Braised a cabbage, and cooked some ground beef with oyster sauce and chilies. She’s humble, but she’s tasty and satisfying.

    Congee is my comfort food. I make it all the time. This looks delicious! I usually make mine with chicken but you have me thinking about some other options.
