**Ingredients:**
* 2 chicken breasts
* 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
* 100 g cheese (grated)
* 200–300 ml whipping cream (23–30%)
* Thyme
* Salt & pepper
* Garlic powder, paprika (optional)
* Oil for frying
**Steps:**
1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
2. Sear in a pan until golden on both sides (not fully cooked). Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, cook mushrooms until soft and slightly browned.
4. Add cream, simmer gently, then stir in cheese until smooth.
5. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it.
6. Add thyme and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes.
7. Let rest a bit, then serve warm.
