What I had to eat in a day in the past few days. Calorie & ingredient breakdown in each following slide, and a description of the meals themselves below:

1) Porridge with white brine cheese and an egg + sweetener; Pizza'd eggplant, with ketchup, turkey & cheese + some sauerkraut (these were SOOO good); corncakes with cream cheese and chicken; small tiramisu flavored pudding (Dr. Oetker mix); Pudding oatmeal;

2) Millet with chicken; Banana Carrot Muffin; chickpea ricecakes with cream cheese and beef; potatoes and brussel sprouts with ketchup & white brined cheese… (Yes I know it sounds odd but it is a childhood staple combination where I'm from & I love it lol. Usually with pasta/couscous); Oatmeal;

3) Toasts with cream cheese, strawberry jam & cheddar + veggies; Overnight oats with cookiesncream protein; veggie fruit box; lentilcakes with chicken; Oatmeal

I quite like this format so I might share my days of eating more often ^_^ Yes I eat a lot of the same things Yes I will have oats twice a day HAHA… And I genuinely love my food. Not all my days are the best, And I don't follow any standard times of eating I basically eat Whenever I feel like Whatever I feel like… So it's hard to classify anything as "lunch" or "dinner". I'm a bit of a grazer in this regard?

I think it's worth sharing since Occasionally I'll have some pretty solid meals some of you might be inspired by, and also just to give examples of an average meh day šŸ˜›
