Whipped the sugar and brown sugar with a zested orange. Little bit of maple syrup in before the eggs and some flakey salt and more zest after bake! Half semi sweet chips and bittersweet pucks. Turned out delicious and a great way to break in my new (to me) kitchenaid that I just surprisingly successfully repaired 😆

*Tangelo!!! Brain went on auto pilot but it’s actually tangelo zest. Little more color and flavor punch.
