In case you didn’t think it was possible to meet protein goals eating around 1200cals. Also 26g of fiber today!

I normally aim for 120g of protein and 30g of fiber daily but as long as I get close enough it’s a good day.

• Breakfast: Coffee protein shake (half finished in the pic) and seafood soft tofu soup with egg and a few semolina alphabet noodles (409.3cals)

• Lunch: 3 carb counter tortilla quesadillas feat Trader Joe’s light Mexican cheese with hot sauce plus Dr. Pepper Zero (216cals)

• Dinner: Oven baked chicken breast with quinoa rice, steamed broccoli and spinach in chili flakes (547.1cals)

• Dessert: Quaker chocolate rice cake with PBfit, zero sugar chocolate syrup, and zero sugar whip cream (95.1cals)
