Hi everybody! I try to make mexican dishes this period of time, so couldn't pass this dish. Liked how it looks and combo of tastes (different salsas, eggs, beans, etc) so made it recently for a breakfast for me and my wife. This took some time while I made salsa roja, verde, refried beens, mexican creme, etc. But at the end it was tasty 🙂

    My Spanish was good enough to recognize “divorced eggs,” so I was puzzled when you said you made them for your wife. Turns out that’s just the name of the dish!

  2. This looks intriguing… and tasty! Are there full eggs under the salsa, or it’s just the yolk in there?
